Ainomia is a 1.21.8 anomie server with the goal of never resetting the world.

Ainomia is owned and maintained by a multinational team of Minecraft anomie enthusiasts.

Our concept isn't unique. There are many so-called "anarchy" servers out there that advertise having "limited admin intervention".

First of all, what they are suggesting is not "anarchy" but rather "anomie", for even an anarchic society still has a social order, just no hierarchy. Since apparently no other server is aware of this difference, we can claim to be the oldest anomie server in Minecraft, for nobody else has yet used this title.

Second of all, these so-called anarchy servers also have another thing in common: the "rule" that they make for themselves, "limited admin intervention", is rarely "enforced". In truth, most servers have abusive owners that create illegal items for players they like or are otherwise not impartial to server affairs.

Finally, we see things differently: Anomie means no server intervention that is not strictly necessary to keep the server itself running. That is the core philosophy we act on. However, this does not mean that we will not change the workings of Vanilla Minecraft if it means a more pleasant gameplay experience. A summary of these can be found.
